氢氧化钙设备设备特点：

1、采用双轴搅拌结构，具有搅拌、粉碎结块和自清理等多重功能。它独特的叶片和搅拌方式，使生石灰与水混合均匀、反应充分，对在反应过程中产生的结块起到破碎作用。

2、消化器进料口设计有螺旋给料推进器，方便物料输送，为防止消化过程中产生的粉尘回流，本设备设有排蒸汽和粉尘的专用通口，可通过连接管道排到专用除尘系统，配合我公司的DMC型脉冲除尘Q器一起使用，能够很好的处理生石灰在消化过程中产生的粉尘和有害气体，使用后可达到废弃扬尘白灰再次利用，现场环境无粉尘污染，符合环保发展要求。
